De um ponto de vista metodológico, os argumentos são sustentados por pesquisa bibliográfica. |
| Abstract: | This paper intends to reconstruct the modern concept of Constitution from a materialist approach. To do so, it articulates the various elements of that concept and the internal relations between these elements and the economic and social configurations of Modernity. From a methodological point of view, the arguments are supported by bibliographical research. |
