Projeto de intervenção: implantação do comitê de investigação de óbitos intra-hospitalar materna, infantil e fetal no município de Manicoré - AM

Abstract

The reduction of maternal mortality in Brazil is still a challenge for the health services and a society as a whole. As high rates found constitute a serious public health problem, joining as Brazilian regions, with a higher prevalence among women of the classes with access and access to social goods, aware of this reality, the Brazilian Government signed.Therefore, special effort andmobilization of managers and health units are necessary to identify infant and fetal death, information qualification and assessment of health services evaluation to improve care.The committees are fundamentally interinstitutional and multiprofessional. They have a technical-scientific, confidential, non-coercive or punitive action, with an eminently educational function and follow-up of the execution of public policies.There is no hospital Regional Dr. Hamilton City, located in the municipality of Manicoré -AM, 390 km from the state capital, was published with an increasing number of maternal, infant and fetal deaths, being notified and nothing used to investigate as causes of deaths . In view of this, the need arises for the implantation of the maternal, infantile and fetal death investigation committee.In summary, we believe that the implementation of the intervention project can contribute to the elucidation of the occurrences of maternal, infant and fetal deaths in the municipality of Manicoré, as well as the support to an innovation of the nursing process aiming at a quality of assistance to the woman and a child without context Manicorence.
