| Abstract: | O presente estudo aborda os desafios organizacionais e financeiros em um hospital de pequeno porte no combate a Covid-19, tendo em vista que é descrito como problema de saúde pública. Neste sentido, a partir do referido estudo de caso bem como de uma revisão bibliográfica, este trabalho procurou identificar e descrever os impactos administrativos, financeiros e sociais ocasionados à gestão das instituições de saúde decorrentes no atendimento e combate ao vírus Sars-CoV-2. Diante dos resultados apresentados neste momento de pandemia, verificou-se dificuldade em encontrar profissionais para fazer plantão; escassez nos equipamentos e nos leitos para atender os pacientes; crescente número de óbitos; contratação emergencial de profissionais, e, sobretudo, superação e criação de estratégias para suprir as necessidades dos recursos financeiros, sendo o SUS, a principal fonte de repasse de verbas; dentre outros. A crise na saúde é um fenômeno complexo, porque envolve vários fatores. Primeiro, desmistificar que crise na saúde é apenas falta de recursos e investimentos. Isto é um problema, mas não adianta ter um montante enorme de investimento e apostar num modelo fragmentado de saúde. |
| Abstract: | The present study addresses the organizational and financial challenges in a small hospital in the fight against Covid-19, considering that it is described as a public health problem. In this sense, based on the afore mentioned case study as well as a bibliographic review, this work assesses and identifies the administrative, financial and social impacts caused to the management of health institutions resulting fromt he care and fight against the Sars-CoV-2 virus. In view of the results found in this pandemic moment, there was a difficulty in finding professionals to work on duty; shortage of equipment and beds to care for patients; increasing number of deaths; emergency hiring of professionals, and, above all, overcoming and creating goals to meet the needs of financial resources, with SUS being the main source of transfer of funds; others among. The health crisis is a complex phenomenon, because it involves several factors. First, to demystify that the health crisis is just a lack of resources and investments. This is a problem, but there is no point in having a huge amount of investment and betting on a fragmented health model. |
