| Abstract: | As políticas nacionais de promoção do acesso à justiça e de administração da justiça emanadas pelo Ministério da Justiça e pelo Conselho Nacional de Justiça incluem o fomento aos meios não judiciais de prevenção e resolução dos conflitos de interesses. O Sistema Núcleo Intersindical de Conciliação Trabalhista (Ninter) tem função integrativa destas políticas do âmbito das relações do trabalho, em especial da Política Judiciária Nacional de tratamento adequado dos conflitos de interesses no âmbito do Poder Judiciário, instituída pela Resolução 125/2010 do Conselho Nacional de Justiça- CNJ que, dada a peculiaridade dos conflitos sociolaborais, não estendeu aos Tribunais do Trabalho os instrumentos destinados à implementação dessa política (art. 8º da resolução retro mencionada). |
| Abstract: | The national policies for the promotion of access to justice and the administration of justice issued by the Ministry of Justice and the National Council of Justice include the promotion of non-judicial means of prevention and resolution of conflicts of interest. The Nuclei Inter-syndical of Labor Concil-iation (NINTER) system has an integrative function of these policies the scope of work relations, especially the National Judicial Policy of proper handling of conflicts of interest within the judiciary, established by Resolution 125/2010 of the National Council of Justice- CNJ that, given the peculiarity of the socio-labor conflicts, did not extend to the Labor Courts instruments for the implementation of this policy (art. 8 of retro resolution mentioned). |
