| Abstract: | Il fenomeno corruttivo è esploso negli ultimi anni in Brasile con scandali che hanno raggiunto le più alte cariche dello Stato e coinvolto somme di denaro ingentissime. Il mondo della politica e dell’imprenditoria sono stati travolti da scandali di enormi proporzioni. La stampa brasiliana ha immediatamente fatto il paragone con il periodo di Tangentopoli vissuto dall’Italia. Il paragone, per la verità, non regge: diversa l’entità, diverse le conseguenze, diverso l’atteggiamento delle forze politiche. Tuttavia, dal punto di vista giuridico, si è posto il problema di quale siano gli strumenti più efficaci per contrastare il fenomeno corruttivo ed il confronto con le strategie poste in campo dall’Italia durante il periodo di Tangentopoli sono state studiate dai più attenti giuristi brasiliani al fine di trarne spunti applicabili alla legislazione brasiliana. |
| Abstract: | The corruption phenomenon has exploded in recent years in Brazil with scandals that have reached the highest offices of the state and involved huge sums of money. The world of politics and entrepreneurship have been overwhelmed by scandals of enormous proportions. The Brazilian press immediately made the comparison with the period of Tangentopoli experienced by Italy. The comparison, to tell the truth, does not stand up: the entity is different, the consequences are different, the attitude of the political forces is different. However, from a legal point of view, the problem has been posed of which are the most effective tools to counteract the corrupting phenomenon and the comparison with the strategies put in place by Italy during the period of Tangentopoli have been studied by the most careful Brazilian jurists. in order to draw ideas applicable to Brazilian legislation. |
