O estudo se concentra nos dispositivos de direito material editados e sua importância para fundamentar a proteção legal da concorrência. |
| Abstract: | The Clayton Act of 1914 introduced relevant changes to the antitrust law of the United States of America. According to this importance, this study investigates the legal aspects that influenced the original version of the Clayton Act, considering the issues that determined its content. The paper is focused on the substantive rules adopted, and their importance to affirm the legal protection of the competition. |
