| Abstract: | The Sherman Act of 1890 is acclaimed as one of the greatest milestones of Economic Law. According to such importance, this paper investigates the elements that influenced the original version of the Sherman Act, considering which rules and legal institutes contributed to its original text as well as the main innovations that statute brought into the US Law. |
