| Resumen: | O objeto do artigo é estudar a invisibilidade da comunidade LGBT perante as normas estatais de planejamento, quando se trata de garantir os direitos fundamentais a ela, como: saúde, educação, segurança e emprego. E, por outro lado, como o mesmo segmento social é visível aos olhos do Estado e do capital, quando se trata de gerar lucro e fomentar a economia, nas leis planejadoras. É feito, ainda, uma crítica construtiva a tal postura, e propõe-se, ao final, formas pelas quais o planejamento estatal pode contribuir a fim de resolver o paradoxo. |
| Abstract: | The objective of the article is to study the invisibility of the LGBT community to the state standards of planning when it comes to guaranteeing fundamental rights to it, such as health, education, security and employment. And, on the other hand, as the same social segment is visible in the eyes of the state and capital, when it comes to generating profit and fomenting the economy, in the planning laws. A constructive critique of such a position is also made, in the end, such as a propose of how state planning can contribute to solving the paradox. |
