Abstract:	A COVID-19 é uma realidade irreversível. Não há responsáveis, somos todos vítimas do nosso tempo. O estudo objetiva contribuir com algumas reflexões sobre os possíveis efeitos jurídicos da pandemia. Parte-se da panorâmica análise de institutos jurídicos trazidos pela Lei nº 14.010/2020, com destaque para o efeito do tempo no direito. A pandemia entre o tempo e o direito proporciona reflexões continuadas.
Abstract:	The COVID-19 is an irreversible reality. There are no responsible ones, we are all victims of our time. This paper aims to contribute with some reflections on the possible legal effects of the pandemic. It starts from the panoramic analysis of legal institutes brought by Law No. 14.010 / 2020, with emphasis on the effect of time on law. The pandemic between time and law provides for continued reflection.
