| Abstract: | O presente artigo teve como objetivo analisar a produção científica em 32 periódicos brasileiros na área da Administração, restringindo-se àqueles que estão inseridos nos estratos superiores conforme classificação Qualis da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoas de Nível Superior (CAPES), publicados entre o período de 2000 a 2017, acerca da temática Gestão Internacional de Pessoas. Empregou-se uma análise bibliométrica que utilizou indicadores para mensurar os padrões demográficos, metodológicos e temáticos de 37 artigos selecionados. Os resultados apontaram gradualmente o desenvolvimento de estudos a respeito do tema, porém apresentando algumas deficiências, principalmente em relação à institucionalização da pesquisa no Brasil. |
| Abstract: | The present article aimed at analyzing the scientific production in 32 Brazilian periodicals in the Administration area, being restricted to those included in the upper strata according to the Qualis classification from Coordination for Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES), published between 2000 and 2017, on the theme of International Management of People. A bibliometric analysis was applied, using indicators to measure the demographic, methodological and thematic patterns of 37 selected articles. The results pointed out gradually the development of studies on the subject, but presenting some deficiencies, mainly in relation to the institutionalization of research in Brazil. |
