| Abstract: | O objetivo deste trabalho consiste em apresentar a conjuntura dos estudos organizacionais que versam sobre a gestão por competências, retratando o estado da arte a partir dos artigos publicados em periódicos científicos nacionais da área de administração, no período 2000/2017. Foi realizada pesquisa bibliométrica em 32 periódicos, que após filtragem resultou na seleção de 62 artigos analisados em 12 dimensões. Os dados foram processados por meio de estatística descritiva e análise de redes. Os resultados permitiram o mapeamento do perfil e classificação metodológica dos estudos, a identificação da centralidade do poder da rede de pesquisadores e a distribuição geográfica das principais instituições e periódicos envolvidos com o tema. A revisão permitiu o delineamento de agenda de pesquisa atenta para a dispersão dos estudos, de forma a reduzir lacunas e incitar o desenvolvimento de novos estudos. Ademais, percebe-se a necessidade de desenvolvimento de olhares multidisciplinares sobre a gestão por competências. |
| Abstract: | This paper aims to present the conjuncture of the organizational studies that deal with competence manage ment, showing the state of the art from the articles published in national scientific journals of the management area, in the period 2000/2017. Bibliometric research was performed in 32 journals, which after filtering resulted in the selection of 62 articles analyzed in 12 dimensions. Data were processed through descriptive statistics and network analysis. The results allowed the mapping of the profile and methodological classification of the studies, the identification of the centrality of the power of the network of researchers and the geographical distribution of the main institutions and periodicals involved with the theme. The review allowed the delineation of a research agenda that was attentive to the dispersion of studies, in order to reduce gaps and encourage new perspectives on the subject |
