| Abstract: | Pretende-se analisar a via tecnológica de acesso à justiça, adequada para o atual estágio da sociedade em rede, após a eclosão da Internet como ferramenta de difusão, produção e compartilhamento em tempo real. No trabalho, a criação dessas plataformas proporcionou sua intermediação eletrônica. Esse cenário – tanto na questão do acesso à justiça, quanto nas envolvendo tal intermediação, surgidas mediante as novas tecnologias de informação e comunicação (NTIC) em crescimento acelerado – deu origem a conflitos socialmente relevantes, envolvendo um universo de pessoas, que precisa ser mapeado para criar formas eficientes de prevenção e solução, evitando que o compartilhamento traga mais injustiças. |
| Abstract: | The aim is to analyze the technological way of access to justice, adequate for the current stage of the network society, after the outbreak of the Internet as a tool for live dissemination, production and sharing. At work, the creation of these platforms provided their electronic intermediation. This scenario - on the issue of access to justice and in those involving such intermediation, arising from rapidly growing information and communication technologies (NICT) - has given rise to socially relevant conflicts involving a universe of people, that must be mapped to create efficient forms of prevention and solution, avoiding more injustices. |
