| Abstract: | Diante do florescimento de aplicações em big data e do ganho de eficiência das políticas públicas em prol da população em várias áreas da atividade humana pela detecção de padrões de comportamentos eletrônicos, o presente trabalho consiste na análise de possibilidades de utilização destes mecanismos digitais pelo universo jurídico. Investiga-se como uma ação conjunta dos entes públicos com a participação da sociedade em novos desenhos institucionais podem levar ao jurisdicionado-cidadão uma experimentação típica da sociedade infodemocrática do século XXI com significativo ganho na efetividade de direitos em uma nova fase de acesso à justiça. |
| Abstract: | In the face of the blossoming of big data applications and the efficiency gains of public policies in favor of the population in areas of human activity by detecting patterns of electronic behavior, the research consists in analysis of possibilities of use of digital mechanisms by legal universe. It´s investigated as a joint action of the public entities with the participation of the society in new institutional designs can lead to the citizen a typical experimentation of the infodemocratic society of the 21st century with significant gain in the effectiveness of rights in a new phase of access to justice. |
