| Abstract: | Nesse relato quero demonstrar as dificuldades encontradas na gestão de uma unidade hospitalar durante a pandemia do coronavírus – COVID 19. Na primeira parte do trabalho será apontado de onde surgiu esse vírus, como ele disseminou em todo o mundo e quando ele chegou à instituição pesquisada. Nas outras fases desse relato serão reveladas as dificuldades encontradas na gestão em cada momento do período, que foi de aproximadamente um ano. Ainda será possível verificar na conclusão que apesar das dificuldades, apareceram também oportunidades que favoreceram à instituição melhorar sua estrutura física e equipamentos. |
| Abstract: | In this report, I want to demonstrate the difficulties encountered in the management of a hospital unit during the coronavirus pandemic COVID 19. In the first part of the work, it will be pointed out where this virus came from, how it spread throughout the world and when it arrived at the institution recearched. In the other phases of this report, the difficulties encountered in management at each point in the period, which was approximately one year, will be revealed. It will still be possible to verify in the conclusion that despite the difficulties, there were also opportunities that favored the institution to improve its physical structure and equipment. |
