| Abstract: | Este texto investiga como se dá a formalização das demandas pautadas na discriminação ou preconceito por motivo religioso, na passagem da linguagem social, em que são enunciadas, para a linguagem especializada do direito. A análise, feita a partir de um conjunto de dados extraídos de boletins de ocorrência, aponta que, na fase inicial do processo de formalização, ou mise en forme, de uma reclamação, o padrão de preenchimento dos dados parece ter impacto na visibilização da intolerância religiosa como problema público. |
| Abstract: | This text investigates the formalization of demands based on religious discrimination or prejudice, in the transition from the social language used to enunciate them, to the specialized language of the law. An analysis based on a set of data extracted from police reports shows that, in the initial phase of the formalization process or mise en forme, of a complaint, the pattern of filling in the data interferes on the visibility of religious intolerance as a public problem. |
