| Abstract: | A geração e avaliação de propostas de investimento é uma tarefa de grande importância para ser deixada a cargo apenas de especialistas em finanças; pelo contrário, é responsabilidade de todos os administradores. Em empresas bem administradas, o processo inicia-se no nível estratégico, quando a alta administração especifica as atividades em que a empresa concorre e determina as metas estratégicas. Os administradores das áreas operacionais, então, traduzem essas metas estratégicas em planos de ação concretos que envolvem propostas específicas de investimento. Um aspecto fundamental desse processo é a avaliação financeira das propostas de investimento. O objetivo principal desse trabalho foi analisar a viabilidade econômica e financeira para implantação de um sistema de painel fotovoltaico em uma pequena de manufatura, com o intuito de verificar se o reaproveitamento da luz solar é uma oportunidade de investimento. Ao buscar responder ao problema da pesquisa verificou-se que mesmo em cenários extremamente positivos o retorno do investimento seria apenas a longo prazo e mostraria dificuldades entre o 11º e o 12º ano no fluxo de caixa. Por sua vez, os investimentos no Tesouro Direto, lastreados e garantidos pelo governo federal, e foram usados como base de comparação para o investimento. Neste estudo foi considerado como receita apenas o valor economizado com o pagamento pela energia elétrica fornecida pela operadora. Esse valor economizado seria empregado para o pagamento do empréstimo e para gerar um retorno futuro. O investimento se mostrou viável diante das incertezas quanto aos valores futuros do comercio de energia. A venda de energia por troca de espécie não existe, dando lugar a compensação, ou seja, crédito para usar futuramente ou possibilidade para transferência. Porém, como visto na análise da viabilidade econômica, os preços praticados do sistema fotovoltaico atualmente na região sudeste não estimulam muito as empresas, sendo utilizadas para abater os custos dos investimentos. |
| Abstract: | The generation and evaluation of investment proposals is too important a task to be left to financial experts; on the contrary, it is the responsibility of all administrators in the organization. In well-managed companies, the process starts at the strategic level, when top management specifies the activities in which the company will compete and determines strategic goals. The managers of the operational areas then translate these strategic goals into concrete action plans that involve specific investment proposals. A fundamental aspect of this process is the financial evaluation of investment proposals. The main objective of this work is to analyze the economic and financial feasibility for implementing a photovoltaic panel system in a small industry, in order to show the reuse of sunlight as an opportunity for a good investment. Even in extremely positive scenarios, the return on investment would be long term and would show difficulties between the 11th and 12th years in the cash flow. Investments in the National Treasury are investments backed by the government and are therefore safe. In this study, only the value of the company's energy revenue was considered, which would provide the basis for the payment of the loan and a future return. Therefore, in view of the presented, the investment is still viable in view of the uncertainties regarding the future values of the energy trade. The sale of energy for exchange of species does not exist, giving rise to compensation, that is, credit to use in the future or possibility for transfer, but as seen in the presentation of economic viability, the prices currently practiced in the southeast region do not stimulate companies much, being used to lower investment costs. |
