Análise da estrutura do processo organizacional: diagnóstico empresarial de uma clínica prestadora de serviços médicos

Abstract

Today, many business models, regardless of the segment, have a high growth rate and a great potential for expansion ahead, and it is essential that this growth is orderly, planned and mostly "solid base" with objectives and strategies well defined, well-designed processes and skills as well targeted and exploited. When a company is willing to grow the organization need to be defined in an intelligible form their working model, ie the integration across sectors and tasks in each job, with its powers defined as the flow of business processes, trying to map them in order to achieve the expected results for its investors. The research done at ABC Medical Clinic Cardiology, located in Belo Horizonte, to understand how the structure and the existing organizational processes contribute to leverage the growth of the organization aimed to understand, analyze and identify the organizational structure and processes, as well as carrying out a diagnosis within the same organization. After analyzing the structure and organizational processes, the next step was to conduct an organizational diagnosis in seeking to identify and investigate the problems at the end point and clinical recommendations, which are not always pleasant or simple as they seem, rather, should be those that best meet the customers for each specific situation. Although not highlighted the company name, it is understood that the data it provided were the basic raw material for this research was done and the final recommendations were presented in the organizational processes for growth of the institution.
