Abstract: | O Cerrado abrange cerca de 24% do território nacional, apresentando grande biodiversidade e endemismo. |
Abstract: | The Cerrado coat approximately 24% of the national territory, have great biodiversity and endemism. However, the studies are not equivalent to its extension, especially in the state of Minas Gerais. This work had the objective to analyze the similarity between the inventories of the tree community that are part of the Cerrado in the north of Minas Gerais. For this selected eight phytosociological works and inventoried two more. Therefore, according to the information collected, a basic matrix was constructed containing the list of tree species and indication of the presence/absence of each species present in the inventories. Ultimately, the floristic similarity was calculated using the Jaccard index and a dendrogram based on Unweighted Pair Group Method using Arithmetic averages (UPGMA) was generated. In this way 360 species were found, distributed in 57 botanical families, that are 93 of the family Fabaceae. This is between of the largest botanical families and has a large geographic distribution. |
