dc.description.abstractTechnological advances have occurred in recent years have provided knowledge dissemination at levels unimaginable. Encased in this scenario, knowledge management has become a topic of discussion since the society of knowledge, intellectual capital and the ability to generate knowledge, are necessary ingredients for competitiveness. Credit unions have become an important tool for social inclusion and strong mechanism of income distribution, mainly in the Amazon region. The aim of the study was to analyze thepractices of Knowledge Management in Credit Cooperatives of the states of Rondônia, Acre and Amazonas. This is a quantitative descriptive in nature, using the technique Survey to collect data. The data collection instrument consisted of 30 closed questions were used Likert scales five points, ranging from "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree", drawn from the model of knowledge management proposed by Terra (2001 .) Data were collected electronically through LimeSurvey, and the research was directed cooperatives affiliated to the system and SICOOB, CREDISIS, and the data were statistically analyzed with the software R. The results show that the cooperative has advanced gradually in the field of knowledge management. As a conclusion, it is believed that cooperatives, as well as knowledge management are still issues in recent Brazilian history and in academia, especially in the Amazon region therefore require the expansion of research and investment.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoOs avanços tecnológicos ocorridos nos últimos anos têm proporcionado adisseminação do conhecimento em patamares até então inimagináveis. Envolto nesse cenário, a Gestão do Conhecimento passou a ser tema de discussão, pois na sociedade do Conhecimento, o capital intelectual e a capacidade de geração de conhecimento, são ingredientes necessários para a competitividade. As cooperativas de Crédito têm se tornado importante ferramenta de inclusão social e forte mecanismo de distribuição de renda, principalmente na região Amazônica. O objetivo do estudo consistiu em analisar as práticas da Gestão do Conhecimento nas Cooperativas de Crédito dos Estados de Rondônia, Acre e Amazonas. Trata-se de uma pesquisa quantitativa de natureza descritiva, utilizando a técnica Surveypara a coleta de dados. O instrumento de coleta de dados foi composto de 30 perguntas fechadas, foram utilizadas as escalas do tipo Likert de cinco pontos, variando de “discordo totalmente” a “concordo totalmente”, elaboradas a partir do modelo de gerenciamento do conhecimento proposto por Terra (2001). Os dados foram coletados eletronicamente através do LimeSurvey, sendo que a pesquisa foi direcionada às cooperativas filiadas ao sistema SICOOB e CREDISIS, e os dados foram tratados estatisticamente com o software R. Os resultados apontam que as cooperativas têm avançado gradativamente no campo da gestão do conhecimento. Como conclusão acredita-se que o cooperativismo, assim como a Gestão do Conhecimento, são temas ainda recentes na história brasileira e no ambiente acadêmico, principalmente na região amazônica, portanto necessitam da expansão das pesquisas e também de investimentos.pt_BR
