Estudo de viabilidade de autonomia administrativa do centro formador de recursos humanos da paraíba

Abstract

Seeking help in solving the operational administrative and financial areas of the Technical School of the Health System of the State of Paraiba - Trainer Center for Human Resources of the State of Paraiba - CEFOR-RH/PB, This work aims to generally present a study on the feasibility of transforming the Technical School of the Health System of the State of Paraiba, in an Administrative Unit (AU). Among the weaknesses of the school, the difficulty in the fluidity of the administrative defendants, is the more striking because it prevents the completion of the plans proposed in the annual schedule of courses made available by the workers who work in the health services of Joao Pessoa (under place where the registered office of the school's technical SUS) and decentralization of the same for the other 222 municipalities in the state. At the expense of social, political, cultural and organizational established in the institution, the study seeks to demonstrate that it is feasible to achieve the financial and administrative autonomy of CEFOR-RH/PB and the change in their status quo, create favorable conditions to meet plans proposed in the annual schedules of courses offered by the school and that way, so fulfill their role in society paraibana, namely, promoting the common good of the general population using the health services of the Unified Health System in the State of Paraiba.
