Estratificação de risco das gestantes do município de Santo Antônio do Monte: projeto de intervenção

Abstract

This work it is an intervention project to be developed with pregnant women served by Primary Health Units (UAP) of the municipality of Santo Antonio do Monte. The main objective is to conduct a risk stratification of APPRAISAL of the women of that municipality, aiming at the alignment of care, and the correct reference to the Health Care Network. Methodologically, seven steps have been defined to be followed so that you can achieve that was proposed. With regard to pregnant women indexes that fall in high and very high risk, the data collected by the World Health Organisation contradict the reality experienced by Santo Antonio do Monte, since, in that city the index is much higher than that indicated by the WHO. Thus, we must consider whether this in fact is a reality of the city or if there are errors stratification.
