dc.description.abstractThe work develops the theme of the transplant from historians' accounts, since the second and third centuries BC passing by the Chinese surgeons, and the Brazilian precursor Euclides de Jesus Zerbini, still contemplating the ethics process in legal legal means, the laws and bioethics, reaching the role of nursing staff in the care, support and guidance of behavior patterns that help the transplanted to acquire quality of life. The aim of this study was to identify the quality of life of heart transplant patients postoperatively. It was used for this study the method of integrative review. The articles were extracted from databases Scielo, Lilacs, BVS, PubMed. The results showed that due to complications arising from the use of immunosuppressants, specific tests and even the presence of hypertensive crisis and pulmonary hypertension quality of life of patients was affected in studies selected for the sample. It is concluded that there are few articles that discuss this topic with a focus on nursing care in the stages of heart transplantation. It is suggested, therefore, the importance of this issue, there is more investment by health professionals in studies that address this issue.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoO trabalho desenvolve o tema do transplante a partir de relatos de historiadores, desde os séculos II e III A.C. passando pelos cirurgiões chineses, e pelo precursor brasileiro Euclides de Jesus Zerbini, contemplando ainda o processo ético nos meios legais jurídico, as leis e a bioética, chegando ao papel da equipe de enfermagem nos cuidados, na assistência e na orientação de padrões de comportamento que auxiliam o transplantado a adquirir qualidade de vida. O objetivo do presente estudo foi identificar a qualidade de vida de pacientes transplantados cardíacos no pós-operatório. Foi utilizado para o presente estudo o método da revisão integrativa. Os artigos foram extraídos das bases de dados da Scielo, Lilacs, BVS, PubMed. Os resultados mostraram que devido às complicações provenientes do uso de imunossupressores, exames específicos e ainda presença de crise hipertensiva e hipertensão pulmonar a qualidade de vida dos pacientes foi afetada nos estudos selecionados para amostra. Conclui-se que existem poucos artigos que se discute este tema com enfoque na assistência de enfermagem nas etapas do transplante cardíaco. Sugere-se, portanto, pela relevância do tema, que haja mais investimentos por parte dos profissionais de saúde em estudos que abordem esta temática.pt_BR
