O transplante de células-tronco hematopoiéticas é um procedimento complexo, utilizado para tratamento de enfermidades graves, tais como doenças hematológicas, oncológicas, hereditárias e imunológicas quando as demais opções terapêuticas não obtiveram êxito. Os pacientes submetidos ao transplante de células-tronco hematopoiéticas na unidade de internação apresentam elevada morbidade e mortalidade, assim sendo, o cuidado de enfermagem oferecido ao paciente durante todo o processo de internação influencia no sucesso do transplante. Diante desse contexto, e da ausência de um elenco de diagnósticos de enfermagem específicos para subsidiar a assistência de enfermagem a esse paciente, este trabalho busca identificar os diagnósticos de enfermagem em pacientes no pré e pós transplante de células-tronco hematopoiéticas na unidade de internação. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, desenvolvida mediante busca nas bases de dados LILACS, MEDLINE, COLECIONA-SUS, BDENF, e CINAHL. A amostra constituiu-se de dois estudos publicados em português e inglês no período de 2002 e 2005. Foram identificados dezoito diagnósticos de enfermagem em paciente, na unidade de internação, submetido a transplante de células-tronco hematopoiéticas. Pelo pequeno número de estudos que constituiu a amostra do trabalho evidencia-se a lacuna e a necessidade de mais estudos sobre os diagnósticos de enfermagem em pacientes submetidos ao transplante de células tronco hematopoiéticas. O estudo de enfermagem baseado em evidências direcionado ao paciente submetido ao transplante de células-tronco hematopoiéticas deve ser aumentado e praticado, a fim de proporcionar ao enfermeiro embasamento teórico na sua prática clínica e ao paciente o direito a segurança. Espera-se que os resultados deste trabalho fomentem a elaboração de novos diagnósticos de enfermagem ao paciente submetido ao transplante de células-tronco hematopoiéticas durante sua permanência na unidade de internação, o estabelecimento de intervenções de enfermagem a esse paciente baseadas em evidências, e a contribuição para o incremento do conhecimento e da atuação de enfermagem ao paciente na fase pré e pós-transplante de células-tronco hematopoiéticas na unidade de internação. |

The idea of organs or tissues transplantation dates back to antiquity and is linked to the desire for longevity. Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation is a complex procedure used in the treatment of serious disorders such as hematologic, oncologic, hereditary and immunological diseases when other treatment options have failed. Patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in the hospitalization unit have high morbidity and mortality, therefore the nursing care given to them, throughout this process, influences the success of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. In this given context and the absence of a list of nursing diagnosis to subsidize the specific nursing care to these patients, this work aims to identify the nursing diagnosis in patients in the hospitalization unit, before and after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. It consists of an integrative literature review as a result of searching in the LILACS, MEDLINE, COLECIONA-SUS, BDENF, and CINAHL databases. The sample constitutes of two studies published in Portuguese and English between 2002 and 2005. We identified eighteen nursing diagnosis in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation during the hospitalization unit stay. Due to the small number of studies that formed this sample, the present work highlights the gap and the need for more studies on nursing diagnosis in the hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Therefore the study of nursing based on evidences directed to hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patient should be increased and practiced in order to provide the theoretical basis for the nurse in his clinical practicing and the right for safety to the patient. We hoped that the results of this study encourage the development of a new nursing diagnosis about the patient undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation during his hospitalization unit stay, the establishment of nursing interventions based on evidence in such patient and the contribution to enhancing the nursing knowledge and performance on patient in the pre and post hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in the hospitalization unit. |
