| Abstract: | A atenção básica em saúde enfatiza as ações de profilaxia das doenças e de promoção à saúde, visando solucionar a maioria dos agravos da população. Ao enfermeiro da atenção básica cabem atividades de supervisão, treinamento e controle da equipe e atividades consideradas de cunho gerencial. Entre elas está a avaliação de desempenho da equipe de enfermagem, que permite identificar as fragilidades e potencialidades da equipe, favorecendo a estruturação de mecanismos inovadores que contribuam para o fortalecimento da gestão do SUS e da própria equipe de enfermagem entre outros. O presente estudo tem, como objetivo geral, identificar mediante uma Revisão Integrativa da Literatura, se a avaliação de desempenho da equipe de enfermagem na atenção básica tem contribuído pedagogicamente para a capacitação dos profissionais. |
| Abstract: | The primary health care emphasizes actions of prevention of disease and promotion of health in order to solve most grievances of the population. Nurses dedicated to primary care are responsible for supervising, training and controlling the staff and activities considered of managerial nature. Among them is the performance evaluation of the nursing team, which allows identifying weaknesses and strengths of the team, favoring the structuring of innovative mechanisms which contribute to the strengthening of NHS management and the nursing team itself among others. The present study aims at describing and identifying, through an integrative literature review, whether the performance evaluation of the nursing staff in primary care, has been contributing pedagogically in professional training. |
