| Abstract: | Durante sua trajetória existencial, o homem é convidado a vivenciar o amor através das relações afetivas, sendo este um horizonte constantemente almejado por ele. Enquanto ser-no-mundo sua existência é compreendida apenas na coexistência com o outro, fazendo do desejo pela realização amorosa própria da condição humana. É na relação que o ser se configura e se constitui, afetando e sendo afetado pelo outro de maneira única e singular. À vista disso, a intimidade revela-se como um construto importante a ser desenvolvido na relação, uma vez que proporciona o crescimento tanto individual como coletivo dos envolvidos. Nessa perspectiva o presente estudo tem como propósito investigar e compreender como se configuram os relacionamentos amorosos contemporâneos influenciados pela modernidade líquida. Para alcançar esse objetivo foi realizado um levantamento bibliográfico através do Portal do Sistema de Bibliotecas da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, sendo selecionadas obras que caracterizavam e descreviam a contemporaneidade, assim como, os relacionamentos afetivos atuais. O estudo revelou que a sociedade contemporânea encontra-se sob o domínio de um sistema capitalista tecnológico de alta velocidade, que valoriza a individualidade, instantaneidade e a atividade consumista. Observou-se que a lógica mercantilista foi transferida para os relacionamentos humanos, no qual o homem perde seu posto de sujeito e assume o papel de objeto intermediário para a satisfação dos propósitos individuais. Além disso, foi constatado que o novo modelo cultural de intimidade sexual e afetiva foi fortemente influenciado por movimentos sociais da década de 1960, que diz respeito ao feminismo e a revolução sexual. A experiência de intimidade foi modificada a partir dos novos padrões de igualdade estabelecida entre os parceiros envolvidos na relação e a emancipação da mulher na sociedade moderna. Os desdobramentos apontam que no processo de “liquefação” da sociedade contemporânea os relacionamentos são marcados pela igualdade sexual e de gênero, fragilidade dos vínculos afetivos e ausência de compromisso entre os envolvidos. Tendo em vista os aspectos abordados, o estabelecimento de uma relação afetiva sustentável e saudável na atualidade representa um desafio, entretanto é preciso ter consciência que o relacionamento corresponde uma caminhada com obstáculos, com tentativas e erros, uma experimentação contínua, uma eterna abertura ao outro, capaz de conduzir a uma terra de conhecimento. |
| Abstract: | During his existential trajectory, man is invited to experience love through affective relationships, which is a horizon constantly sought by him. As a being-in-the-world his existence is understood only in the coexistence with the other, making the desire for loving fulfillment proper to the human condition. It is in the relationship that the being is configured and constituted, affecting and being affected by the other in a unique and singular way. In view of this, intimacy is revealed as an important construct to be developed in the relationship, since it provides both individual and collective growth for those involved. In this perspective, this study aims to investigate and understand how contemporary love relationships shaped by liquid modernity are configured. To achieve this objective, a bibliographic survey was carried out through the Federal University of Minas Gerais’s Library System Portal, selecting works that characterized and described contemporary times, as well as current affective relationships. The study revealed that contemporary society is under the control of a high-speed technological capitalist system, which values individuality, immediacy and consumerist activity. It was observed that the mercantilist logic was transferred to human relationships, in which man loses his post as a subject and assumes the role of an intermediate object for the satisfaction of individual purposes. In addition, it was found that the new cultural model of sexual and affective intimacy was strongly influenced by social movements of the 1960s, which concern feminism and the sexual revolution. The experience of intimacy was modified from the new standards of equality established between the partners involved in the relationship and the emancipation of women in modern society. The developments point out that in the “liquefaction” process of contemporary society, relationships are marked by sexual and gender equality, fragility of affective bonds and lack of commitment between those involved. Bearing in mind the aspects addressed, the establishment of a sustainable and healthy affective relationship today represents a challenge, however it is necessary to be aware that the relationship corresponds to a walk with obstacles, with trials and errors, continuous experimentation, an eternal openness to the other, able to lead to a land of knowledge. |
