| Abstract: | Diante do aumento de forma significativa do sobrepeso e a obesidade em todas as faixas etárias, tendo como consequência várias complicações tanto na infância, quanto na idade adulta, este trabalho objetiva elaborar um plano de intervenção para sistematização do atendimento e prevenção ao excesso de peso e obesidade do público atendido na ESF Chonim de Cima e Baixo, no município de Governador Valadares. A metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa bibliográfica, de caráter descritivo realizada nas bases de dados da LILACS e SciELO, com os descritores: sobrepeso, obesidade, atenção básica. A elaboração do planejamento de ação foi respaldada no Planejamento Estratégico Situacional. Concluiu-se que a implementação deste projeto de intervenção “+ Saúde”; “Saber +” e; “Cuidar melhor” poderá aumentar o nível de informação da população sobre os riscos da obesidade, incentivar a mudança de hábitos e estilos de vida nocivos à saúde, tornando mais eficiente e humanizado o atendimento a este público, contribuindo de forma significativa para a prevenção e controle do sobrepeso e obesidade. Destaca-se a importância de acompanhar e avaliar todas as etapas do processo de planejamento e fazer as correções de rumo quando necessárias. O plano é viável e trará benefícios para a comunidade. |
| Abstract: | Given the significantly increased overweight and obesity in all age groups, resulting in several complications both in childhood and adulthood, this work aims to develop a contingency plan for systematization of care and prevention overweight and obesity of the public attended the FHS Chonim of Up and Down in the municipality of Governador Valadares. The methodology used in this bibliographic research, descriptive held in databases LILACS and SciELO, using the keywords: overweight, obesity, primary care. The preparation of the action plan was endorsed in the Strategic Situational Planning. It was concluded that the implementation of this intervention project "Health +"; "Find out more" and; "Taking better care" may increase the level of information the public about the risks of obesity, encourage change habits and lifestyles harmful to health, making it more efficient and humane care to this public, contributing significantly to the prevention and control overweight and obesity. Highlights the importance of monitoring and evaluating all stages of the planning process and make course corrections when necessary. The plan is feasible and will benefit the community. |
