Abstract: | Após diagnóstico situacional da área de abrangência da Estratégia Saúde da Família Josias Bezerra da Silva observou-se que a prevalência indivíduo hipertensos é alta. Sendo assim, este estudo teve como objetivo elaborar um plano de ação para prevenir e controlar a hipertensão na área de abrangência da Estratégia Saúde da Família Josias Bezerra da Silva. A metodologia foi executada em três etapas: realização do diagnóstico situacional; revisão de literatura e desenvolvimento de um plano de ação. Neste estudo foram selecionados os seguintes nós críticos: hábitos e estilos de vida inadequados; baixo nível de informação da população; estrutura dos serviços de saúde ineficiente; processo de trabalho da equipe de saúde inadequado. Baseado nesses nós críticos foram propostas as seguintes ações de enfrentamento: criação dos projetos “mudança de hábitos” para modificar hábitos de vida; “+ informação” para aumentar o nível de informação da população sobre a hipertensão; “estrutura adequada” para melhorar a estrutura dos serviços e; “linha de cuidado” para implantar a linha de cuidado para os pacientes hipertensos. Acredita-se que este plano de ação tenha condições de aumentar o nível de informação dos hipertensos sobre a hipertensão, além de estimular e incentivar a modificação de hábitos de vida. Além disso, acredita-se que este plano de ação contribuirá para oferecer aos hipertensos um serviço de melhor qualidade. |
Abstract: | After the situational diagnosis the covered area by the Family Health Strategy Josias Bezerra da Silva was observed high prevalence of hypertensive patients. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to develop an action plan to prevent and control hypertension in the covered area by the Family Health Strategy Josias Bezerra da Silva. The methodology is carried out in three stages: realization of situational diagnosis; literature review and the development of action plan. In this study we selected the following critical node: habits and lifestyles inadequate; low level of information from the population; inefficient structure of healthcare; health team work process inappropriate. Based on these critical nodes were proposed the following actions to oppose: creation of projects “changing habits” in order to modify lifestyle habits; “+ information” to increase the population's level of information on hypertension; “appropriate structure” to improve the structure of the services and; “care line” to deploy the type of care for hypertensive patients. It is believed that this action plan has conditions to increase the level of information from the population about hypertension and stimulate and encourage the modification of lifestyle habits. Besides that, it is believed that this action plan will provide hypertensive subjects a better service. |
