Projeto de intervenção para reduzir os riscos cardiovasculares gerados pela hipertensão e pelo diabetes mellitus no centro de saúde cabana

Abstract

The primary health care developed within the Family Health Team has a role to develop health interventions for prevention and promotion, however, the Health Centre - Camping - Team 2, we observe some "us" critics where posting the increased cardiovascular risk especially for hypertension and diabetes coverage area. Arterial Hypertension (HBP) and Diabetes Mellitus (DM). Hypertension and diabetes are diseases that involve higher cardiovascular risk, partial and permanent disability and thus have a direct impact on morbidity and mortality of the population. This work aimed to propose an intervention project able to reduce morbidity and mortality in patients with high cardiovascular risk in the CS Cabin - Team 2 based on the awareness of this hypertensive and diabetic population, followed by medical and physical evaluation and inclusion in a program healthy eating and regular physical activity. The methodology used was primarily a literature review on the topic hypertension and DM, followed by an analysis of "us" critics and subsequent construction of the Intervention Project. With the Intervention Project fetch will strengthen awareness of hypertension and diabetes treatment, contributing to the maintenance and reduction of body weight through a program of healthy eating and regular physical activity, which will help to minimize cardiovascular risk and promote the quality of life of these patients.
