Abstract: | After the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic, there was an accentuation of changes in labor relations in the world and in Brazil, involving the various sectors of the economy. With the development of information and communication technologies, activities that were previously carried out in person began to be developed remotely. These transformations were also perceived in the public sector, given the need for measures to contain the Pandemic and reduce the movement of people, aiming to reduce the number of contaminations. During this period, the Government of the State of Minas Gerais regulated the telework policy, starting with an experimental project, passing through a special regime and culminating in the regulation of the permanent policy. During this process, some transformations were observed, both in terms of regulatory objectives and specific aspects of the operationalization of the regime. It was concluded that the regulation of the policy is still recent and can be improved, being important to carry out an evaluation of its results over the years. |
