| Abstract: | The advent of antiretroviral therapy (ART) and the subsequent improvement in survival resulted in a considerable increase in the survival of people living with HIV (PVH) and, consequently, the appearance of non-infectious complications, notably metabolic changes, has become an important challenge in the management clinical of this infection. |
