dc.description.resumo | Access to solar energy should be considered from the design of land parceling and building projects, since the supply of solar energy depends on the shape, orientation and layout of the envelopes in the urban fabric. Therefore, the development of studies for evaluating the area for solar radiation incidence on facades, and for verifying the photovoltaic plates usage viability may be fundamental to guarantee provision of sun radiation and to orient proposals for new urban regulation. This study is aimed at the use buildings, located in two different regions of Belo Horizonte, MG, both bearing the same constructive potential, also considering their surroundings. The evaluation models were developed using the software defining minimum solar radiation available to be converted into photovoltaic energy on vertical urban the minimum limit is only reached from the upper half of their planes. They also present a discrete advantage for the use of solar energy for photovoltaic generation in urban areas with a greater verticalization, where there is greater permeability to the environmental variables (solar incidence and wind). | pt_BR |
