Principais motivos causadores de descolamento de revestimento cerâmico em fachadas prediais

Abstract

This study aims to present the main problems that occur with building facades in ceramic coating and that end up occurring in ceramic detachment, and in this way point out through research and questionnaire which are the most recurrent causes in everyday life and that later lead to this detachment ceramic. Increasingly, different types of facades are observed with materials of different properties, different prices, different aesthetics, and others, but one factor that is seen in these facades when it is observed more technically, is the various pathological manifestations present, the most notorious being the ceramic detachment, in such a way, interest was aroused for an in-depth study on pathological manifestations in the ceramic coating, aiming to reduce and even eliminate these manifestations. In this way, we resorted to exploratory research because it is a comprehensive area and in need of improvements, expanded with a questionnaire, which was carried out on an exploratory basis with four civil engineers specialized in the subject and who work in housing corporations, thus working with these facade activities into their routines. Through research and the questionnaire carried out with professionals who always seek to improve their skills, it was presented that these activities of building facades need improvements to avoid such pathological manifestations, with this, it was concluded that, if we want well-executed activities causing in reduction or elimination of these pathological manifestations, we must invest in quality projects that bring good specifications and execution methodologies, in the training of the labor and scientific research always aiming to understand more about the behavior of materials through their properties.
