A psicologia ambiental aplicada ao projeto arquitetônico comercial como estratégia para promoção de ambiência laboral para melhorar as relações indivíduo-ambiente: o estudo de caso da startup Allugator em Belo Horizonte

Abstract

This work aimed to understand the concepts involved in environmental psychology in what involves the area of architecture and understand how the discipline contributes to improve the sensations of the individual in the work environment. The theoretical reference reading was done in order to understand how the discipline of environmental psychology was formed, as well as the concepts involved in its studies, the existing relationships between the individual and the work, between the individual and the environment, and finally, how the discipline of environmental psychology can contribute to these relationships. In a second moment, a case study was carried out at the headquarters of the Allugator startup in Belo Horizonte, applying the methods listed, in order to understand how the attributes of the environment influence the person-environment relationship. Finally, the analysis made it possible to realize what the potentialities of the space are, which in several points were in accordance with the discussions of environmental psychology, and from the results obtained guide the development of work environments and improvements in the person-environment relationship.
