Abstract: | No diagnóstico situacional da área da Estratégia Saúde da Família do Distrito Palmital de Minas observou-se elevado número de pessoas com riscos para adoecer de Hipertensão Arterial Sistêmica (HSA). Além disso, se identificou uma grande incidência em atendimentos de urgência no dia a dia por esta causa. Sendo assim, este estudo teve como objetivo elaborar um projeto de intervenção a fim de lograr mudanças nos hábitos e estilos de vida de população, para reduzir os fatores de riscos que contribuem para a ocorrência da HSA. A metodologia foi executada em três etapas: realização do diagnóstico situacional; revisão de literatura e desenvolvimento de um plano de ação. Neste estudo foram selecionados os seguintes nós críticos: hábitos alimentares não saudáveis; sedentarismo; hábitos tóxicos e estilos de vidas inadequadas (tabagismo, álcool e drogas), além da falta de conhecimento da população e estrutura dos serviços de saúde ineficiente. Baseado nesses nós críticos foram propostas ações de enfrentamento com a finalidade de criar projetos em nível de Atenção Primaria na área de abrangência, estimulando a prática de atividade física; educando para modificar hábitos alimentares e para aumentar o nível de conhecimento da população sobre os riscos presentes e adquiridos; educando para diminuir e/ou eliminar hábitos tóxicos como o tabagismo, álcool e outros; além de melhorar a estrutura do serviço para o atendimento das pessoas com riscos aumentados e doenças presente. |
Abstract: | The situational diagnosis of the Family Health Strategy area of Palmital District Mining there was high number of people with risk to fall ill of Hypertension (HSA). In addition, it identified a high incidence of emergency room visits in everyday life for this cause. Therefore, this study aimed to develop an intervention project in order to achieve changes in habits and population lifestyles to reduce the factors of risks that contribute to the occurrence of HSA. The methodology was performed in three steps: completing the situational diagnosis; literature review and developing a plan of action. In this study the following critical nodes were selected: unhealthy eating habits; sedentary lifestyle; habits toxic and styles of inappropriate lives (smoking, alcohol and drugs), and the lack of knowledge of the population and inefficient structure of health services. Based these critical nodes have been proposed coping actions in order to create projects in Primary Care level in the catchment area, stimulating physical activity; educating to modify eating habits and to increase the population's level of knowledge about the risks present and acquired; educating to reduce and / or eliminate toxic habits such as smoking, alcohol and others; in addition to improving the structure of the service to meet the persons with increased risk and this disease. |
