| Abstract: | O presente estudo objetivou revisar a literatura cientifica relativa a estomas em crianças, os sentimentos das famílias e o papel do profissional de enfermagem nesta questão. Foram encontradas três publicações que atendiam aos objetivos da pesquisa e, após analisadas, concluiu-se que o profissional da enfermagem possui em um primeiro momento o papel de cuidador da criança uma vez que esta não é capaz de exercer as funções de auto-cuidado necessárias para manutenção de sua saúde. No entanto, o mesmo profissional é responsável pela criança de uma empatia com a família, assim os medos e ansiedades desta para que se possa desenvolver um processo de ensino-aprendizagem acerca do estoma da criança que, após deixar o ambiente hospitalar, ainda necessitará de cuidados que, em geral, são desempenhados pela mãe. Sendo assim, o enfermeiro é responsável não apenas pelo cuidado direto a saúde do paciente pediátrico mas, também, por seu cuidado indireto uma vez que a qualidade das informações repassadas e, da compreensão das mesma, é primordial para a garantia da realização de um cuidado de qualidade. |
| Abstract: | The present study estomas in children objectified to revise relative scientific literature, the feelings of the families and the paper of the professional of nursing in this question.Tree publications had been found that took care of to the objectives of the research and, after analyzed, concluded that the professional of the nursing possesss at a first moment the paper of cuidador of the child a time that this is not capable to exert the necessary functions of auto-care for maintenance of its health. However, the same professional it is responsible for the child of a empatia with the family, thus skirting the fears and ansiedades of this so that if it can develop a process of teach-learning concerning estoma of the child who, after to leave the hospital environment, still will need cares that, in general, are played by the mother. Being thus, the nurse is responsible not only for the direct care the health of the pediátrico patient but, also, for its indirect care a time that the quality of repassed information e, the understanding of the same one, is primordial for the guarantee of the accomplishment of a care of quality. |
