Abstract: | A Hipertensão Arterial Sistêmica (HAS) possui lugar de destaque no contexto da transição epidemiológica. |
Abstract: | Systemic arterial hypertension (SAH) occupies a prominent place in the context of epidemiological transition and it is a major risk factor for the onset of heart disease. The control of hypertension is directly related to the degree of membership of the patient to the treatment regimen. The SAH shows itself in its asymptomatic course. By this way, the diagnostic and treatment are frequently neglected, and it made by the patient, plus it, low adherence to the prescribed treatment. These’ are the most important problems which determinate a control, that is, the low levels of blood pressure to the normal levels, despite of the formal protocols and medical prescriptions. This study aims to avaliate the antihypertensive treatment on people followed in a unit of health, in Vila Nova-MG. It will be made a study by workshops and accompanied with hypertension enrolled in a Basic Health Unity (BHU) during the period January to June 2014 at the BHU Vila Nova, municipality of Itabirinha/ MG. The methodology will be given to thematic workshops to stimulate the antihypertensive treatment among users of the BHU Vila Nova.
