| Abstract: | No contexto atual do aumento de casos de gravidez na adolescência e da relevância do tema enquanto problema já considerado de saúde pública, este estudo teve por objetivo identificar os fatores que levam à maior ocorrência desses casos de gravidez e a partir de tal conhecimento apontar possíveis soluções baseadas nos fundamentos do planejamento familiar, bem como comparar o índice de gravidez na adolescência existente na área da UAPS Santa Cecília, no município de Barbacena, Minas Gerais, com a literatura cientifica pertinente para implementar o protocolo de Planejamento Familiar. Foi realizado um levantamento bibliográfico relacionado ao tema na base de dados SciELO sobre adolescência, gravidez na adolescência e planejamento familiar e realizada proposta de intervenção. Verificou-se que mudanças no padrão de comportamento dos adolescentes, principalmente no tocante à sua sexualidade, exigem atenção profissional cuidadosa. A proposta é a implementação do protocolo de planejamento familiar, para estabelecer a escassa e desejada continuidade no acompanhamento das adolescentes. |
| Abstract: | There is an increasing of cases of teenage pregnancy and the importance of the topic already considered a problem of public health, this study aimed to identify the factors that lead to higher incidence of these pregnancies and from such knowledge to identify possible solutions based the foundations of family planning, as well as comparing the rate of teenage pregnancy in the area of existing UAPS Santa Cecilia, in the municipality of Barbacena, Minas Gerais, with the relevant scientific literature to implement the protocol family Planning . A related topic in the database SciELO about adolescence, teenage pregnancy and family planning literature survey was conducted. It was found that changes in the pattern of behavior of adolescents, especially regarding their sexuality require careful professional attention. The proposal is the implementation of the protocol family planning, to establish the desired continuity and scant monitoring of adolescents. |
