Projeto de intervenção mediante estratégias para controle e redução da elevada demanda espontânea no centro de saúde vila Cemig - Belo Horizonte/MG

Abstract

From the data analyzed in a team from the Health Center "Vila Cemig" of Belo Horizonte / MG, and discussion between the health team of the family, local health and Commission members, it was possible to understand that, one of the main problems encountered in this catchment area was the high number of spontaneous demand calls. This is a problem because of multiple factors, which requires many hours / work by the team, hampering the development of the strategies of the Family Health Program. This project aims to prepare a contingency plan by strategies to control and decrease the spontaneous demand in Health Center "Vila Cemig" through specific actions. Was discussed among all actors, the drafting of the action plan the strategies of how to build an agenda, in addition to preparation of personal files of users. Promote active search for patients and raise awareness and motivate with meetings and lectures, believed to be of paramount importance, bringing benefits in the medium and long term, in changing centered care in acute. This is a complex and difficult project realization, however transcendence and the importance of the expected results become a challenge faced by all actors who participated and helped actively in this project with a multiplier benefit in primary care health.
