Abstract: | O câncer de colo uterino é uma doença de alta prevalência no Brasil e no mundo, sendo considerado um problema de saúde pública. Merece uma atenção diferenciada da atenção básica à saúde, pois ações podem contribuir tanto para a prevenção quanto para o controle deste tipo de câncer. Uma melhor adesão das mulheres ao exame citopatológico é um desafio na atualidade para os profissionais da Estratégia Saúde da Família. Por isso, o objetivo deste trabalho é elaborar um plano de intervenção que contribua para uma melhor adesão ao exame Papanicolau na Estratégia Saúde da Família, São José em Ipaba, MG. Foi levantado um referencial teórico através de artigos científicos referentes ao tema pesquisado. Com o estudo foi possível conhecer os fatores de risco da doença, em especial a infecção por HPV e a importância da realização do exame como instrumento na detecção de lesões pré existentes no colo uterino. O método utilizado foi o Planejamento Estratégico Situacional. Deste modo, a partir do diagnóstico situacional em saúde priorizou-se os problemas e elaborou-se um plano de ação para melhor adesão ao exame citopatológico. Destaca-se que é essencial as ações com equipe multiprofissional no foco da educação em saúde para melhor abordagem do problema priorizado. |
Abstract: | The uterine cervix cancer, a malignant tumor highly predominant in Brazil and in the world, has been considered a problem for the public health care system. It requires a differentiated deliberation from the basic health care, since the right procedures can contribute to prevent and help the control of this type of cancer. The women’s non acceptance to the Pap smear examination is a challenging issue faced by the health care professionals of Estrategia Saude da Familia (Family Health Strategy) program. The objective of this study is to elaborate a better plan of intervention to help the acceptance of the Pap test in Estrategia Saude da Familia (Family Health Strategy) program, at Sao Jose of Ipaba, Minas Gerais. An academic framework of articles, related to the research topic, found HPV infection to be among the major risk factors that causes the endometrial cancer. This emphasizes the importance of the Pep smear examination as means in the detection of pre existing lesions on the cervix. The used method was the Planejamento Estrategico Situacional (Situational Strategic Planning). Thus, the situational diagnosis helped on the prioritization of health problems and a course of actions for better acceptance to the Pap exam was elaborated. It is emphasized that, a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals should make these actions for a better approach to the prioritized problem. |
