Capacitação de técnicos de enfermagem sobre o acolhimento com classificação de risco em uma matenidade na cidade do Recife

Abstract

The host with risk classification emerges as a new definition in the provision of services and accountability of health professionals with users. In the maternity units, the reception service with a risk classification should guarantee a quality access to women in the puerperal pregnancy period, contributing to the reduction of indicators of morbidity, maternal and perinatal mortality, respecting the dignity and the right of women, in order to decrease the waiting time for care and perform articulations with the health network. A training was developed for nursing technicians, as a way of orienting the organization, care and importance of the functioning in the host with risk classification in obstetrics in the maternity of low risk, Professor Bandeira Filho, Recife, PE with the proposal of extending to all multiprofessional team. Initially it was applied to 12 professional nursing technicians, an intervention instrument composed of questions related to the functionality and operation of the ACCR, containing 7 objective and 1 subjective questions. After the application of the instrument, the degree of understanding of the professionals in relation to the functioning in the CCR in obstetrics in said maternity was identified. 7 professionals were able to answer 100% of the questions without errors and the remaining 5 presented difficulties in questions regarding the operationalization and specific assignment of their technical function of the CRA service in obstetrics. After the pre-test, the training sessions were carried out during the day and night shifts in the waiting room of the screening, with duration of approximately 30 minutes, using the talk wheel technique. At the end of the process, it was distributed according to the protocol of the shelter manual and classification of risk in obstetrics of the stork network (MS), a folder containing the guidelines, reinforcing the priorities, particularity and waiting time that should be respected. After the first intervention, a new evaluation was made based on the instrument applied with the nursing technicians, with the purpose of identifying the learning after the training, also observing the changes in the habits and performance of the professionals. In the post test, the professionals reached 100% of correct answers. Attained 60% of the proposed public, bringing awareness of the importance that these professionals have in the operationalization of the functionality and organization of the service, as recommended by the technical protocols of the ministry of health ACCR in obstetrics and the national policy of humanization (PNH).
