Tecnologia educativa para apoiar a presença do acompanhante no Centro Cirúrgico do Hospital e Maternidade Dona Regina

Abstract

This study aimed to construct an educational technology directed at health professionals in the Surgical Center of Maternity Hospital Dona Regina to support the permanence of accompanying that sector . It is a descriptive research in which five steps were followed : choosing the content to be addressed ; literature survey with subsequent selection and organization of the material collected ; choice of educational strategy to be built ; selection of illustrations and layout ; final result of the educational strategy , ie the technology itself . The work is justified by the political, legal and scientific support existing supporting the presence of the companion during labor, delivery and postpartum . The relevance of the research lies in bringing knowledge that can jeopardize the effectiveness of the public service and provide the benefits that the passenger presence behind for women , besides contributing to managers offering continuing education tools , ensuring validation of rights and , especially , user satisfaction for its quality service . he reflective analysis of the content studied pointed to the following mailing categories : companion as a partner in care, companion versus infection and need for professional empathy. The material became a reality inthe folder format , in a bond sheet size A4 , using front and back, a total of six spaces to display content. The construction of this educational material allowed to know various legal instruments and scientific evidence that support and ensure the presence of the companion next to the patient. However , we saw that not only laws depends on ensuring that presence . It needs professionals to leave the comfort zone , expanding its service focus to include not only the mother and fetus , but also his companion.
