| Title: | Conhecer o nascer: estratégia de empoderamento da mulher e sua família sobre o parto e nascimento |

| Abstract: | Objetivo: fortalecer a atuação do enfermeiro obstetra por meio do empoderamento da mulher. Metodologia: trata-se de uma pesquisa descritiva, na modalidade convergente assistencial, realizada por meio do Projeto Conhecer o Nascer o qual ocorreu no período de março a julho de 2017, em uma Maternidade Pública do Estado do Tocantins no Município de Palmas. Resultados e Discussões: Participaram das oficinas educativas 38 pessoas, sendo, 20 gestantes e 18 acompanhantes. Os relatos das puérperas e acompanhantes que participaram do projeto conhecer o nascer, apontam que as ações educativas realizadas por meio desse método fizeram toda a diferença no momento do trabalho de parto e parto, pois elas se sentiram mais empoderadas e portanto protagonistas do seu processo parturitivo. Por conhecerem o papel dos enfermeiros obstetras na cena do parto, ficaram seguras e confiantes, fato este, conforme relatado, que as deixaram tranquilas e a vontade para parir e vivenciar o momento mais sublime das suas vidas. Nesse sentido, houve um aumento dos indicadores após a implantação do projeto, no período de 06 meses, aumentaram 71% dos partos assistidos por enfermeiros obstetras. Conclusão: Observa-se, por meio dos depoimentos espontâneos dessas puérperas, a necessidade de continuação do projeto “Conhecer o Nascer” para o empoderamento da mulher no processo parturitivo como estímulo para o profissional enfermeiro obstetra garantir o desejo das parturientes no cenário de prática e assim fortalecer sua atuação. Pensando nisso, e após o envolvimento da gestão nesse processo, que equipe matricial de humanização acaba de implantar e ampliar o projeto dentro da maternidade instituindo como visita guiada ampliada para continuação das oficinas sobre o parto e nascimento com a participação de uma equipe multiprofissional para fortalecer o modelo colaborativo do parto e nascimento no Hospital e Maternidade Dona Regina. |
| Abstract: | Objective:to strengthen the role of obstetrician nurses through the empowerment of women. Methodology:this is a descriptive research, in the convergent care modality, carried out through the Knowing the Birth Project, which occurred in the period from March to July of 2017, in a Public Maternity of the State of Tocantins in the Municipality of Palmas. Results and Discussion:38 people participated in the educational workshops, of which 20 pregnant women and 18 companions. The reports of the puerperal and companionswho participated in the project know the birth, indicate that the educational actions carried out by this method made all the difference in the moment of labor and delivery, since they felt more empowered and therefore protagonists of their parturition process . Because they knew the role of obstetrician nurses in the delivery scene, they were confident and confident, as they reported, which left them calm and willing to give birth and experience the most sublime moment of their lives.In this sense, therewas an increase in the indicators after the implementation of the project, in the period of 06 months, 71% of deliveries attended by obstetrical nurses increased.Conclusion:It is observed, through the spontaneous testimonies of these puerperas, the needto continue the project "Knowing the Birth" for the empowerment of women in the parturition process as a stimulus for the obstetric nurse professional to guarantee the desire of the parturients in the scenario of practice and strengthen their performance.With this in mind, and after the management's involvement in this process, a humanization matrix team has just implanted and expanded the project within the maternity institution by instituting as an extended guided visit to continue the workshops on childbirth and birth with the participation of a multiprofessional team to strengthen the collaborative model of childbirth and birth at the Dona Regina Hospital and Maternity Hospital. |
