Implantação do acolhimento e classificação de risco em obstetrícia no Hospital Maternidade Carvalho Beltrão: intervenção reorganizadora

Abstract

The Reception and Classification of Risk (CRA) in obstetrics allows the classification of the pregnant woman through its severity. Humanizing care for the ability to guarantee better access to the service and organization in the work process in the maternity hospital environment. The nurse aims to improve the information for users and their families about health conditions and their expectation of care and waiting time. The Ministry of Health launched the ACCR in obstetrics as a strategy for changes in the organization of the health work process to guarantee access and integral care. The presentstudy had as general objective to reorganize the reception and classification of risk by means of qualified listening of the woman in the puerperal pregnancy cycle, a specific objective to classify by means of protocol the pregnant women, to guide conducts for the classification of the complaints that lead the pregnant woman to seek the health service , contribute to the nurses' work process organization. As a methodology: it is a project of intervention of extreme importance in the implantation of the protocol of Reception and Risk Classification of the pregnant woman as a reorganizing instrument in the work process. The intervention was performed at Maternidade Carvalho Beltrão Hospital, located in the municipality of Coruripe, state of Alagoas. This institution is a reference for 14 neighboring circus municipalities in emergency / emergency cases. From January to November 2017, 869 procedures of normal, operative and curettage deliveries were registered, in which 61% were normal deliveries, 31% operative deliveries and 8% curettes, since normal deliveries are performed by obstetric nurses and obstetric physicians .The partial results for the lines of action in this intervention were realized meetings with multiprofessional team, meetings with the nursing coordination and obstetrical nurses, training with the team that are carrying out the reception in the classification of risk through protocol of the MS, being articulated in a work set, and with the implementation of two forms, a risk assessment and another for the referral of the referral to the Basic Unit. It is gratifying to participate in this intervention project that was successfully implemented and satisfactory to the institution and team that assumed an important role for risk classification, takinga more focused view of the necessary emergencies given to pregnant women seeking Maternity during their period of need for assistance.
