| Abstract: | Este artigo visa apresentar algumas relações pertinentes entre as temáticas de ética e religião a partir dos pensamentos de James Rachels, Paulo César Nordari e Everaldo Cescom. Mostramos que algumas das críticas apresentadas pelos autores, ainda que relevantes, pecam por uma abordagem superficial do que vem a ser a fé no pensamento religioso, o que, por sua vez, contribui para a manutenção dos estereótipos brasileiros de que estudos sobre teologias e religiões sejam somente de âmbito espiritual. |
| Abstract: | The aim of this article is to show some pertinent relationship between ethics and religion on James Rachels, Paulo César Nordari and Everaldo Cescom thoughts. We have shown that some of their criticism, although relevant, lacks in superficial approaches about what is faith in religious thoughts, which contributes to maintain the Brazilian stereotypes that theologies and religious studies only make reference to spiritual concerns. |
