Abstract: | Introdução: O cuidado está na essência da existência humana. Entretanto, nos serviços de saúde, observam-se profissionais que ainda mantém um comportamento de distanciamento, com limites ao diálogo e à reflexão crítica e a perda da relação de cuidado como o foco da atenção à saúde. Objetivo: Relatar a reflexão da díade profissional de saúde/cliente sob a perspectiva epistemológica do cuidado, a partir do debate do filme “Um Golpe do Destino”. Materiais e Métodos: Artigo de reflexão fundamentado na Teoria de Halldorsdottir que aborda os cincos modos de ser com o outro, incluindo comportamentos de cuidar e não-cuidar. Resultados e Discussão: Observou-se predomínio do cuidado biocídio, bioestático e biopassivo em detrimento do bioativo e biogênico, demonstrando a tecnificação do cuidado moldado pelo modelo biomédico. Conclusões: Há necessidade de potencializar as práticas de cuidado no contexto do trabalho em saúde que seja capaz de produzir graus de autonomia que melhorem a qualidade de suas vidas. |
Abstract: | Introduction: Caring is the essence of human existence. However, in health services, it is noted that professionals who still maintains a detachment behavior, with limits to dialogue and critical reflection and loss of care relationship as the focus of health care. Objective: To describe the reflection of professional dyad health / customer in the epistemological perspective of care, from the debate of the movie “The Doctor”. Materials and Methods: It is a paper of critical thinking based on Halldorsdottir’s Theory that addresses the five ways of being with each other, including caring and non-caring behaviors. Results and Discussion: There was a predominance of biocide, biostatic and biopassive care at the expense of bioactive and biogenic, demonstrating the technification care shaped by the biomedical model. Conclusions: It is necessary to enhance the care practices in the context of health work so that it could be capable of producing degrees of autonomy that improve the quality of their lives. |
