Abstract:	Partindo da relação problemática entre a realidade e seus reflexos na literatura autobiográfica, questiona-se o conceito de uma mimese como "segunda natureza", como ela é defendida por Davi Arrigucci Jr. no seu ensaio Mobile da memória. Será analisada a tentativa do autor de fazer do ensaio, através de uma série de metáforas, uma representação "natural" da obra em questão. Defende-se o direito do leitor de cobrar uma certa precisão também no uso da metáfora.
Abstract:	Given that the relation between reality and its reflections in literature is problematical, the concept of a mimesis as "second nature", as defended by David Arrigucci Jr. in his essay Mobile da memória, is questioned. The author's attempt to consider the critical essay a "natural" representation of the work in question, using a series of metaphors, is analyzed. The right of the reader to demand a certain precision in the use of metaphors is defended.
