Abstract: | The use of high amounts of industrial chemical fertilizers to increase the nutrients availability and production in lettuce cultures, may cause ecological imbalance, environmental contamination and higher production cost. This research aimed to increase the amount of available nutrients and lettuce production through the use of different ways and dosages of organic fertilizer. The experiment was developed in a PAIS section from “Studies Group in the Semi-Arid Agroecology” (NEASA – support MCTI/MAPA/MDA/MEC/MPA/CNPq) in Institute of Agricultural Sciences (ICA/UFMG). Five treatments were used in six turns randomly (no treatment; 44.44 and 88.88Lm-2bovine biofertilizer; 3.55 and 7.1 kg m-2cattle manure). Were evaluated height, fresh weight, dry weight and productivity. Best results were obtained with 88.88 88Lm-2bovine biofertilizer. |
