| Title: | Relações de trabalho na dinâmica do capitalismo contemporâneo: uma antecâmara para o suicídio? |

| Abstract: | O suicídio relacionado ao trabalho é um fenômeno que alerta o mundo organizacional de forma impactante. Entender o porquê deste fenômeno não é tarefa fácil, tendo em vista que o mesmo é multifatorial. Entretanto, analisando a questão do ponto de vista das relações de trabalho, é possível encontrar elementos que auxiliam na produção do suicídio enquanto meio de acabar com o sofrimento derivado da esfera laboral. Desse modo, propomo-nos no presente artigo a discutir sobre estes elementos, produzidos na sociedade capitalista, que apresentam o suicídio como uma alternativa ao indivíduo. Para isso, realizamos uma breve análise das mudanças no mundo do capital desde a década de 1970, passando pelo desmonte do regime de regulação vigente e adentrando a era da flexibilização, a qual acarretou um aumento na precariedade das relações de trabalho, desembocando em elementos como o estresse, burnout, assédio moral e sexual, dentre tantos outros flagelos, frutos da intensificação da precarização do trabalho. A análise das mudanças nas relações de trabalho a partir desta perspectiva mostrou que aqueles são os elementos, juntos a tantos outros, que fazem a mediação da criação do suicídio enquanto possibilidade plausível para o indivíduo, estando o modo de produção capitalista, a forma como se organiza, diretamente ligada ao fenômeno suicídio. |
| Abstract: | The suicide related to work is a phenomenon that alerts the organizational world in shocking ways. Understanding the reason for this phenomenon is not an easy task, considering that it is multifactorial. However, analyzing the issue from the point of view of labor relations, it is possible to find elements that help in the production of suicide as a means of ending the suffering derived from the labor sphere. In this way, we propose in the present article to discuss about these elements, produced in capitalist society, that present the suicide as an alternative to the individual. In order to do so, we briefly analyze the changes in the world of capital since the 1970s, going through the dismantling of the current regulatory regime and entering the era of flexibilization, which led to an increase in the precariousness of labor relations, leading to elements such as stress, burnout, moral and sexual harassment, among many other scourges, fruits of the intensification of the precariousness of work. The analysis of changes in labor relations from this perspective has shown that those are the elements, together with so many others, that mediate the creation of suicide as a plausible possibility for the individual, with the capitalist mode of production being the way organized, directly linked to the suicide phenomenon. |
