In consequence, the questionnaire used to measure these construct, the Dweck Mindset Instrument (DMI) it was not translated to the Portuguese-br language. These present paper has the goal to validate the DMI to Portuguese-br language using the culture validate method by Beaton et al. (2000) and the exploratory factor analysis following the steps proposed by Hair et al. (2017). As result a final questionnaire has been built with 2 main constructs and 4 items, representing the Growth and Fixed Mindset. The limitation and suggestions for the future researches are discriminated in the end of the paper. | pt_BR |
| pt_BR |
