| Abstract: | Nossa contribuição visa a refletir sobre a relação entre Cinema, Futebol e Ditadura no Brasil, a partir da análise dos filmes de ficção Pra frente, Brasil! (1981), de Roberto Farias e, respectivamente, O ano em que meus pais saíram de férias (2006), de Cao Hamburger. Basicamente, enquanto o filme de Roberto Farias constrói uma imagem do recrudescimento da repressão e da luta armada, em que o futebol parece apenas emoldurá-la como uma espécie de “ópio do povo”, o filme de Cao Hamburger, rodado já no período pós-ditatorial, centra seu foco na construção do olhar infantil diante da Ditadura e da Copa do Mundo de 1970, de modo a oferecer uma perspectiva sui generis para o embate ideológico, num dos momentos mais críticos da história recente do país. |
| Abstract: | Our contribution aims to reflect on the relationship between cinema, football and Dictatorship in Brazil, based on the analysis of Roberto Farias‟ film Pra frente, Brasil! (1981; Go Ahead, Brazil!) and Cao Hamburgers film O ano em que meus pais saíram de férias (2006; The Year My Parents Went on Vacation). Basically, while the film by Roberto Farias builds an image of the resurgence of repression and armed struggle, where football seems just frame it as a kind of “opium of the people”, the film by Cao Hamburger, already rotated in the post-dictatorship period, centers its focus on building the child look in the face of dictatorship and the 1970 World Cup, to offer a sui generis approach to the ideological struggle, one of the most moments critics of the country's recent history. |
